Scope of application
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed via our website or directly with Arpagaus Textil GmbH. We do not recognise any deviating terms and conditions of the customer unless we expressly agree to their validity in writing.
Products & offers
We present carefully selected, high-quality products and creative ideas to embellish and enrich your lessons, courses or projects. All offers are subject to change and non-binding.
Delivery times
We endeavour to dispatch available items quickly from our warehouse in Münsingen. For customised products or individual orders, the delivery time will be agreed on a case-by-case basis.
Dispatch & costs
Delivery is carried out by DPD or equivalent providers. The shipping costs are based on the current rate and are shown in the order process.
Bulky goods (over 170 cm in length) incur additional costs according to the DPD/Post tariff.
Change & cancellation of orders
Changes or cancellations of an order are only possible as long as the goods have not yet been processed or dispatched.
These must be communicated in writing by e-mail to info@arpagaustextil.ch or by telephone. Once the goods have been dispatched or customised, there is no right of cancellation.
Prices & terms of payment
All prices are quoted in Swiss francs (CHF) including VAT. The prices valid at the time of ordering apply.

Invoice (by arrangement only)
Payment deadline for invoices: 10 days from invoice date. In the event of late payment, we reserve the right to charge reminder fees and default interest of 5% p.a.
Retention of title
The goods remain the property of Arpagaus Textil GmbH until full payment has been received.
Warranty / Guarantee
The statutory warranty period of two years from delivery or collection applies to new products. In the event of a justified defect, you are entitled to

Liability
Our liability is limited to intent and gross negligence. Liability for indirect damage, consequential damage or loss of profit is excluded to the extent permitted by law.
