Vlieseline Vliesofix (transparent)
Fusible web on carrier paper - a drawing aid and ironing aid at the same time. By simply ironing, fabrics and/or different materials can be bonded together. Ideal for imaginative appliqués and textile crafts in all shapes and colors, for napkin technique, and for repairs.
Application Description:
- Trace or draw the motif in reverse on the paper side of Vliesofix and roughly cut it out.
- Place Vliesofix with the rough side on the wrong side of the fabric and dry iron it on.
- Precisely cut out the motif and peel off the carrier paper.
- Then place it with the coated side down on the chosen spot of another fabric. Cover with a damp cloth and gradually press for 10 seconds.
- Finish the appliqué with a zigzag stitch, using stabilizer underneath if necessary.
