The range of darning needles made from hardened steel offers short needles for darning wool clothing and socks, as well as long needles for finer darning tasks.
The needles have the typical tapered shape of a sewing needle, but they are significantly larger in size and accordingly have a proportionally adjusted larger eye.
This allows for threading thicker yarns and wool.
The surface of the darning needles is burr-free and coated to be rust-resistant.
This ensures that the needle can be easily passed through the material. Prym offers long and short darning needles in two assorted sets with either 6 or 10 high-quality needles each.
